Galli, builder, today at 2278 Forty-fourth Avenue.  It is the first of a group of thirty-three homes being completed near Fourty-fourth Avenue and Santiago Street.  They range in price from $4,895 to $5,185.  It was furnished by Lachman Bros.

As viewed in 2004; Some wood panelling was added in the 1960s, which is just a little weather-worn from the ocean breeze... otherwise, the neighborhood remains mostly as it was when construction was completed during the era of Pearl Harbor.
